How does appliance repair pricing work?

We start with a service call to figure out what’s wrong, and there’s a small fee for that. Once we know the problem, we give you a full repair estimate including parts and labor — and you approve it before we do any work. No surprises, no hidden fees. If you decide not to go ahead with the repair, you only pay for the service call.

Should I repair my appliance, or is it better to replace it?

Our experienced technicians offer honest, easy-to-understand guidance. In most cases, appliances under 10-12 years old are worth repairing—especially if the cost is less than half the price of a new one.
